  • One month later, no letter

I ordered a demand letter one month ago. After being contacted to request my contact information, I was told they'd be completing the letter within a couple days and sending it to me for my approval. Two weeks later, I checked back and was told the letter was going through a pre-approval stage and would be sent to me soon. • Horrible Service

I have been calling them for over two weeks to get my next day DBA copy. First they said having issues with there merchant services (credit card acceptance process) and now there fax machine. I was charged within ten minutes and have been promised everyday for the last two weeks to get the DBA the very next day. They will be going out of business anyday now and you would be a fool to use them after my experience. Unless you want to learn the hard way... More...

Multiple phone calls get me the exact same "end of the week" time estimate, and I'm beginning to suspect that the DBA was never filed at all. In the meantime, I filed for an LLC directly from the state of Texas website and had my incorporation papers in about two hours. Additionally, filing a DBA in my state turned out to only involve filling out the forms and getting them notarized, which LegalCPU had me do anyway. I walked in to the situation assuming it would be as big... More...
